Nah, Hutton conceded the first penalty but it was as a result of Dawson playing a blind ball to let Fulham in. The penalty Dawson gave away was from him doing a cruyff turn on the outside of the box and turning into trouble, then tugging back the Fulham defender. The red was maybe a little harsh though because the Fulham player still got his shot away on goal.

Agree with this, wtf was that lineup and formation about?? The lineup maybe not so bad but any sane manager would have set the team up like this:

While that would not have stopped Dawson's mistakes at least his lineup would have made some sense.
