Yeah I thought Arsenal had to sell to buy?

Other than Maitland-Niles not sure who else they have to sell? Holding could go but probably more likely on loan?

Lacazette is the only one they can sell for decent money to reinvest.

Sokratis, Mustafi, Chambers will raise about £2.50!

What about Guendouzi? I thought Arteta gave him the cold shoulder months ago.

❗Leeds United are in talks with Dinamo Zagreb to sign 18 year old promising Croatian Defender Joško Gvardiol. Price tag around €20m for the Croatian centre back. Another important target after signing Koch and Rodrigo - still working with Udinese to find an agreement for Rodrigo de Paul. ??⚪?

[ Fabrizio Romano,?]

If 18 year old croatian league defender worth 20m to leeds, how much foyth worth?
Oh Leeds. Not again. Please be cautious with your money this time.

We all thought Arsenal were broke last summer until they coughed up £70 mill for Pepe.
It’s because Lille were willing to take a pretty ridiculous payment structure.

Not worried about Arsenal getting Aouer. They’re on borrowed money and borrowed time as it is.

Is that right? It’s the first I’ve heard of it (which isn’t to say it isn’t true).

23 Capital: Meet the London-based finance company behind Barcelona's signing of Antoine Griezmann and Atletico Madrid's deal for Joao Felix - CityAM
Banks remain reluctant to offer big loans to even the biggest football clubs so 23 Capital is plugging that gap and facilitating some mega-deals.

Seeing a club complete a high-profile signing is a “very tangible” reward for 23 Capital’s work, says Traub, although the Tottenham season-ticket holder cites a deal he facilitated while at Investec as being among his most satisfying.

“One of my proudest moments was being involved with a big transfer that took one of Arsenal’s best players away,” he recalls with a degree of mischief.
“I don’t want to get into the details but I did offer the best rates we could to make sure that deal could go through.
This did bring a smile to my face

And Financing transfers is probably a lot more common than we think.

Not sure VDB is the signing Man Utd need.

A bit like a surgeon giving a heart attack patient a new pair of tits. Lovely to look at, but hardly what was required.

Ok, but none of that says that 'a finance company' paid for Pepe?

I think what this window shows, is that the billionaires will ball while the investment funds won't take the risk

Liverpool, Us, Arsenal tend to be fiscally responsible

Whilst Chelsea, Man City and Man Utd will splash the cash

Man Utd whilst living within their means are insanely cash rich due to their income but even they are struggling to agree a fee a in this climate for one player
