I know he’s club trained for the chaos but he’s really not that good. He seems to have made a career out of being a substitute as he can’t be their first choice for many games.

Chelsea have been doing this for years. They basically got back the whole Lukaku transfer fee just by selling academy players.

To be fair city and Chelsea's youth teams are spectacular. They are streets ahead of us. Mainly because they hoover up all the talent with ridiculous wages and incentives.

Chelsea alone could put together a team of youngsters that have come through the youth team over the last 5 years that would probably be a top ten premiership side.

They may seem expensive, but it's similar to when we could have got 30m from Norwich for Skipp at the start of last season. They are doing the same, but instead of having one Skipp, they have 10.

It's nothing illegal (maybe), however these youngsters are bloody good.

Unbelievable business. Not sure either would have signed another contract with their limited game time. Chelsea and Arsenal have been played here ?? sure good players but £50m when only one year left on their contract and not renewing?
