To me, i dont need to see anything else to know he’s mentally not even close to being in it at this point. Emerson put a ball on a fucking plate for him to bang in & he didnt even move to put a boot on it. I dont care to see him in a spurs shirt again. Shame we didnt try to guard against this in the summer. We need a striker. Desperately.
He's scored a goal every 119 minutes so far this season (6 in 10 games) and he scored a hat-trick only a few days ago.

Thought he was ok and came to life in the last quarter with GLC adding a bit of spark, shame they couldn’t combine to finish the back heel move with a pretty tame effort by GLC. He’s not far away from form

For me it is a shame but he's ruining his reputation/ legacy with every game he plays. Sure he scored a hat-trick in mid week against a very weak team. But c'mon- he's a shadow of his former self and not putting his best foot forward to regain his top form.
He has always had/needed a selfish streak to be where he was, but that chip attempt yesterday was too much. A cross would have been easier and of more benefit for the team.
One can only hope that he comes out of this poor run in the league ( he always starts slow, but this is worse and in different circumstances) and bangs in shed loads before next May. He wants Shearer's record- well to get that he must score for us, then if he stays, he needs to buckle down to win the fanbase back or if he leaves then he'll need to impress another club to pay what we want. Either way he needs to get "IT" back- time will tell.

If he still wants to go we should do everything we can to convince Benardo to come the other way. He’s the missing piece to the puzzle!

Bernardo Silva is a regular starter and one of their best players, why would they allow him to go? Or why would he leave City for us? :ninja:

He was ready to leave in the summer. Not sure maybe the situation has changed now he’s playing regularly for them.

Yeah, but things can change quickly in football, for now there is absolutely no reason to assume that we've got any chance of signing Bernardo Silva.

Much improved. That was the Harry that you forgive for drawing a blank because the rest of his game is on point. Needs to be his standard performance so I hope he gives us more of the same v Newcastle.

He was better than he has been recently but still seems mentally checked out. I think it's time to at least take the vice captaincy off him and give it to Sonny. The difference between their enthusiasm, quality and motivation of the rest of the team is night and day.

Haven’t seen if it’s been said but Neville is back on the Kane and City bandwagon.
Who cares. Everyone knows where they stand now. As was proven in the Summer the media/pundits have zero influence over what will happen.

Fuck me.... thought Kane looked good yesterday. People saying he should've passed rather than chipped the goalie. Have a look at the replays again, there was literally no one in the box except about 5 Villa players, Son was on edge of the box. I'm not saying he should've gone for the chip, but passing it was not a definite goal, no where near. People are seeing what they want to see, clearly have an issue with him and are basing their opinions on him on that rather than facts.

Thought he was largely awful bar a couple of quality moments the halfway line shot and the back heel. Everything he does feels half hearted, some of the challenges he went in for were embarrassing. He slows our play down and I’ve absolutely no doubt right now we’d be a better team without him and a fluid front 3.

I should be clear I’m probably bias as I thought his behaviour in the summer was despicable and I haven’t forgive him and likely never will.

I came in here to post about Neville on Sky again- I mean WTF
His golfing interview and constant shit over the summer didn't make the proposed move appear.
My feeling is that that ship has sailed for HK now as City will go all out for Haarland next summer (I'm not ITK or anything) and if HK keeps playing as shit as he is, then none of the "BIG" clubs will pay what we want as he'll still have 2 years left on his contract.
The only upside for me with this is HK pulls his finger out and works his bollox off for us this season (if only for a move next summer)

He will still score shed loads of goals this year and looks sharper each game. I think some have (and some have been honest enough to admit) an agenda against H after the transfer shenanigans this summer and wii not see any positives in his performances

I haven't seen the replay, but I was about 10 yards from H (I sit row 6) and it looked like Gio and Son were screaming on it edge of the box? Also with their goalie coming out, a quick pass would have been close to an open goal?

Perhaps I need to see the replay again, but in real time, it pissed me off that he tried that weak lob thing after giving the keeper plenty of time to get back to his line
