You prob cant say but why is it suddenly going through a week later and why haven't we signed replacements.

as per rob, itk and others said last week the offer, whatever it was, was acceptable to the club. as the media is always behind, this has just come out now. However, as also per itk, we're a lot further down the line, or at least H is.

I don't see this changing anything. It's still down to whether H has changed his mind or not. I still think he stays but have made my peace either way.

My educated guess with that's happened.

Bayern made an "acceptable" bid last week (as our ITKs said).
Levy got to work on replacements, with an agreement that Bayern kept quiet and leaving the decision with Kane.
Kane's a lot less sure than he was given how long it took Bayern to commit, his wife's imminent pregnancy, the reception he got after scoring 4, etc.
Knowing what Kane's said about a deadline before the season starts, Bayern are starting to leak to the press that an offer's been accepted to put the pressure on.

I reckon it could go either way still.

We've definitely got targets lined up and the rumour mill will be going into overdrive.

Whether we get these protracted deals over the line remains to be seen - i'm not so confident.
