Whate tie frame are we looking at? Start of 2009/10?
I hope its rectangular, close to the pitch, and steep.
If they increase the capacity too far beyond demand , people like me will not renew their season ticket and will take a chance that we can get tickets to the matches we really want to see .
That will result in lower revenue for the club .
well because we couldnt sell 60k out
the falcon!!!! its a dream come true....just hope its close to the pitch.Man that is awesome:grin:
May the force be with us
Give the seats to kids, kids st for 50-100 pounds when bought with an adult.Capture a new generation of fans
Also give the tickets to the schools that what we use to do in 80s for the shit games all you could hear was a low pitch Tottenham from the park lane.
This is going to sound dumb because I don't actually know the theory, but...
There's a theory to building stadia. I'm sure it's all worked out mathematically. So we can all have an opinion but in the end they'll have been through it all a hundred times and made the best decision they can. If that's 60,000 fine, but if it's 50,000 with the potential to rise to 60,000 then that's fine too.
As for the tube extension, I'll be astounded if it happens. Extending the Victoria Line to Northumberland Park is by no means as straightforward as many appear to think, and wouldn't be cost-effective—if it's only going to be used to capacity on at most about 30 afternoons/evenings a year, it's a non-starter as far as TFL are concerned.
I hope it'll still be called White Hart Lane!
I love the idea of breaking into the top 4, yet keeping our heritage in the process.
Unlike a certain group of nomads.....
