Not about who was better at Spurs but who'll win over 2 legs, so there can only be two options.
For me I think the Ukranians will have a big advantage fitness wise.

Dnipro are in the middle of the full season, but then again Fulham have been playing qualifiers since 30 June so they're likely to be in good nick and streets ahead of e.g. us and Stoke.

I think it'll be a close contest, but if I'd pick a winner it would be Fulham.

Fulham are the better side, Fulham should be in good nick as well. I rekon Fulham will win, and by a two goal margin after both legs.

Screw who will win, this is BMJ vs Ramos i am going with the might Jol here. Ramos is the reason JOL was given the boot and Ramos failed dismally in the league yes he won us the CC but the league is our bread and butter.

i am clearly a Jol fan so, stuff him BMJ.

Ramos is not the reason Jol was given the boot. His incompetence is the reason we have Redknapp now though.

But Jol is a good manager and a cool guy while Ramos is a, for us anyway, a god awful manager with a non-existing personality.

Anyone with a heart will be supporting Fulham.

You know he did his Spanish Yosser Hughes routine months before the fiasco at the Rey Alfonso, don't you?

I bet Martin's feeling pretty good tonight.

I do. And I am delighted that Jol and Fulham won the game but to say that Ramos got Jol fired is to remove Levy, Comolli and the board from the equation in a way that I don't agree with.

It was nothing to do with the Dear Leader! It was all Damo's fault!

I get where you're coming from now.

This quote made me giggle:

Martin Jol said:
"You can always have ill feeling when you leave a club. But I've left clubs before Spurs and I've left them since. I left Hamburg after a year. It's not about him. It's about other people, always. I've had over 1,100 games in football as a player and a manager, so I know this happens. As it was, he [Ramos] was there for 10 or 11 months and moved on and ended up in the Ukraine. So it's something to think about."

Jol had an even better zinger after the game:

"When Jol was asked whether he would consider a move to Ukrainian football, he retorted using the same phrase:"I was there and I know [about Ukraine]. Kiev is a beautiful city.

"So of course it is a good country to work and I've heard they pay well so that is always important.

"If you get a dizzying offer you always have to think about it.""

I still love Martin Jol

Maybe he should have asked if he was able to think Ramos was a prick...

Mate, you read too much into a simple post, yes he was not responsible BUT before the season started heads were already turning to Ramos in preseason. Jol was already being told 4th or the door and eyes were on Ramos.
