You are not getting it. I don't know how should he solve it. He's being paid 15m for that. He should solve it.
Publicly criticizing him only make things worse. Even if you feel he should get called out. That won't solve it. It never worked on anyone.
I think we are all making assumptions based on not a lot of information. I have no idea why someone who is clearly an excellent footballer now looks like he just can't be bothered.I don't understand why sticking our club record signing in the reserves is actually gonna help us, in fact at this point I think Ndombele would prefer that as he seemingly doesn't want to be out on the pitch playing for the first team, it's the easy way out.
Probably because every single one of us was desperate for him signing and we were all holding hands crying for joy when we got it over the line. Though not sure how people can really be upset with Jose. Jose is struggling to string a team together and this guy who has ridiculous ability is letting us down when we need him most.

I just wonder if this is the best way to go about things, I am struggling to see Pep, Klopp etc doing this - which combined with Jose's previous with Shaw and Pogba make me doubt it will be effective but I guess time will tell.
What's the big thing about quoting that every time? Just because we paid through the nose for him, doesn't deter from the fact that he is just another player? I could name many a player that has equally underdelivered. If we had signed Ronaldo, then we 'd be right to expect something from a player who has performed at the top for as long as I can remember. I think most here know that he came with a reputation of being a bit too content with regards to weight, fitness, etc, so we all knew it could potentially blow up a bit. For what it's worth there wasn't one player in that first half anyway who deserved to still be on the pitch and whilst we're talking about players underachieving, let's have a look at Dele Alli shall we? He's been underperforming in most games for a good while and he gets to start and compete in most of them for at least 70 mins until JM can justify him no more.So we're not meant to play our club record signing in a Premier League match in March, Good Lord.
How long are you willing to wait until he changes? You saw the effort he put in against Wolves, that's not down to ability, that's down to mentality and hard work - if you're not putting in a shift at the very least you deserved to get called out, we're talking about a basic requirement of running and tracking, sorry but it's poor.
Call me a radical thinker, but if you get a player in that price bracket, you should get somebody who can hit the ground running. What's the big thing about quoting that every time? Just because we paid through the nose for him, doesn't deter from the fact that he is just another player?
I already said, Poch's foresight can then be called into question not knowing how unfit or disinterested Ndombele can be, then shouldn't he be held responsible in some way or totally of the state we are now of not able to rely on our club record signing?Your argument is as ridiculous as it can get.
We all wanted Ndombele. Blaming Pochettino, who's not here anymore, for what he's doing right now is one of the most ridiculous things I've seen in this forum.
No one is judging Mourinho for not motivating him, but for criticizing him in public.
I think your last sentence is what’s really stuck in my throat. He’s letting us and his team mates down. Dele talked about a heated half time talk and I bet it was to do with him.

If it was a personnel problem in the 1st half as JM claimed why did he revert to 4 at the back and put an extra man in midfield?
The man is full of shit.
Grasping at straws somewhat here but could it be that Levy and Jose have written the season off and the reason we see a different formation and a different group of players pretty much every game, is to give Jose a look at various options prior to the end of the season to help us figure out who to buy in the summer?
Which is?Might not be seeing anything different but are willing to offer the thought process of reason........
