The documentary is obviously designed to put Jose in a good light and to be honest it's doing a really good job. I reckon Jose was all over this when he heard that Amazon were filming, he's absolutely made to be in front of the camera and he owns every scene he's in.
I wouldn't say it's designed to be that, as they'd already agreed and commissioned it before he was even conceptually close to being at the club.
It's designed to be watchable and entertaining, and he's probably the only affable 'TV personality' in the entire club it seems. God knows what it would have actually been like with Poch, but I can't imagine it would be as funny as it is - especially when things are sour, as we saw in his press conferences. That will be the main reason why it's Mourinho-centric - he's watchable, and has saved it from being more like "Tottenham Hotspur - Is Berry Shit here"
