look if we don’t get him we don’t get him. Other options will be available. But Koude is genuinely world class and still so young, another level from those other options, and would be one of the greatest signings I’ve seen us make. It also wouldn’t surprise me at all if he did turn us down.

Imagine going from prime Jan and Toby to that. I mean Rodon and Tanganga have potential but that is relegation material IMO.

Fair enough, as I say, didn't know how reputable he was but even so, the point was not to overreact as many are doing currently.

Plenty of players out there worth signing and Paratici seems to be working things over nicely.

He's really shown/given us very little considering not only his wages, but also the £55M (plus up to almost £9M in add-ons) that the club committed to when signing him.
