Do you seriously think that anything is bigger to Levy or Lewis than money?

Fams who say if we sell this player or that player i am done with football really don't mean thst, it just a token protest.

I would hate to see Kane sold, but said as much about Carrick, Berbatov, Modric, Keane, Bale, Sheringham. The list is almost endless.

We become immune to the fabrtcated stories, foot stamping and knashing of teeth when any Spurs manager or the current Chairman trots out the 'the player is not for sale' bilge.

As sure as night follows day Spurs will sell once the price meets gigantic proportions.

That is a pjain and simple fact and one i now accept as part of being a Spurs fan.

I understand your scepticism but this is a different case. None of the players mentioned came through the youth system, supported the club and we're from the area. They also didn't play in a side that was improving and could do some great things in the future. When they left the team had plateaud and we're a long way from challenging for anything more that 4th

Your posts are quite negative dude and they certainly infer that...you said it yourself...

'As sure as night follows day Spurs will sell once the price meets gigantic proportions. That is a pjain and simple fact and one i now accept as part of being a Spurs fan.'

I think there is a lot more at play here. If the player wants to stay we wont sell. If he wants to go then everything is on the table.

Quite a stupid statement that, of course we bloody wouldn't.

As for my post on transfers being negative, well you can deny history and the facts all you want. When clubs come calling and the price is right this club has always sold. Fact.

If you don't like to here the truth then don't read this particular post.

Kane will stay with us for now, we wouldnt sell to Arsenal or Chelsea. We are doing better than City or United despite their multimillion spending. Madrid sack their manager every couple of months and have no direction, Barcelona dont need any more forwards, so there is no where for him to go to, it makes sense to stay where he is.

You need to replace your caps lock key. That or wind your neck back in.

My necks fine, you keep ignoring this point that many have raised without answering it, so I thought I better put it in CAPS. You have ignored it again and decided to just take a cheap shot, so what ever floats your boat lad.

Seriously why does this thread exist?

Kane says he doesn't ever want to leave and wants to become a legend.
Poch says he's not for sale for any price....
There's so much money in the club now and with a new stadium and NFL you should be thinking about who will be joining us, who should we go for from United or Ars*.

There's so much negativity on here, we're 2nd in the league, ffs..... your lives should be rock and roll full on party positive, not doom and gloom.

Delete it!

I am confused...so if we look at it a different way you are saying I am in denial of the truth and I should humour you? What the fack does that mean? it does not make sense. :D

That sad truth is that levy will be on the lookout for stadium funds. Kane will be viewed as a capital asset and should a reasonable sum of money be put on the table, I can't see him outright refusing it.

It's not a game, but a business. Surely we've learned this??

Kane is a capital asset, as are all our players, as are all players at PL football clubs. Kane is also a top-class striker, and "one of our own".

The point being you can describe Kane in many different and accurate ways and none of them have any bearing on whether he'll be sold or not.

Kane will be sold if the powers that be deem the long term interests of the club are enhanced by doing so.

To calculate whether he'll be sold therefore you have to try and estimate that probability. I can see no circumstances in which that would currently be true therefore in my opinion he won't be sold.

To be anxious that Levy comes to a different conclusion you first have to show the 'logic' of his decision making. By what rationale do you think Levy would conclude selling him this summer for £60m is in the long term interests of the club?

if we get champions league football, or better, then there is no way Harry etc will be angling for a move, unless the club wants to a player on.
Whether United, Chelsea, City come in for him, is another thing, but when you look at those teams there doesnt seem to be the togetherness there is at spurs.

In relation to funds maybe this info will calm you down and everybody else for that matter. When you consider new stadium in this new financial paradigme , it does not seem to be a heavy burden but increases future capitalisation of the club.

"Next season, the side relegated bottom from the Premier League will receive £100m, as much as Chelsea received when becoming claiming the title in May. The champions in May 2017 will be rewarded with prize-money of around £150m.
When monies from ticket sales and commercial deals– each worth £15m-£20m – are factored in, then Aston Villa, who are likely to be relegatedbottom this term, would receive a reward of around £140m next season, nearly three times the budget of many continental clubs. La Liga’s Sevilla, for example, operate on around £50m a year. Winning the Champions League offers a reward of £40m-£50m, a third of the prize-money received by next year’s Premier League champions."
