In all for them getting a 'Biggest Losers' trophy...i think they deserve a trophy...
"Highest points finish for 2nd place"
or am i wrong and they are not the first to be 2nd on 97 points or more?
Today marks the anniversary of Heysel yet there’s not been one mention of it in the media as far as I can see. Never forget what those utter scum did.
Amazing silence.
Saw something about Dalglish laying a floral tribute at Anfield but thats about it....disgusting. It's on the Liverpool Facebook page apparently.
I'm not saying that was disgusting but the lack of publicity over the incident is. Liverpool never ever mention it but it cost this country 5 years of European football. I'll never forget that night...it's a stain on their character they prefer to ignore and forget. Why is him laying a floral tribute disgusting?

Their Facebook page yes...but why not some more public display like an internet message to Juventus offering their sympathies on the anniversary of such a sad day for football....like the world does for theirs ?It's on their facebook page you said so yourself.

Does the world do it for theirs? Or just english media? I'm sure the italian media probably mentioned it.
Here's your answer to that question...Does the world do it for theirs?.

I didn't ask that question...you did...I answered it.....read thisYes and for the 30th aniversary of heysel there were tributes around the world too and numerous mentions of it in the news. Just google heysel 30th aniversary.
I didn't ask that question...you did...I answered it.....enough now.
The article I linked explains why Heysel is 'brushed under the carpet' and forgotten...by Liverpool and UEFA. It was an embarrassment for them both.Well you asked why liverpool don't acknowledge heysel. On the 30th anniversary they did as did all the british media.
Amazing silence.
