I agree, Liverpool look nervous at the back. If we actually focused and started playing properly then I think we could win. But too many of our key players are off the boil.

It's weird as I actually think we've done alright, but I'm not sure if that's because we actually have or because I thought we were gonna get a pasting.

Also, Liverpool haven't even been that great I don't think. Other than switching play and exposing our flanks when we left them exposed before changing, they haven't done a great deal.

Biggest difference between us and them is their speed of attack
They are fast and direct
We take forever to work the ball forward and Kane is isolated

We've not been a disgrace but something is definitely lacking.

Defensively we dont get about the pitch as quick as we used to. Watch City how they press when they lose the ball. We no longer do that, don't have the finesse or energy levels.

The players deserve better than this. The same shit every time we play 532. It's insanity. I'd really love to be in the meeting they decide to play this formation. They must have some sort of memory loss because we always have to change the formation during the first half when we do play it, yet we try it again and again. Not to put anyone in front of the best attacking full-backs in the league is incompetence. Hopefully the penny will drop eventually this season before it cost in the top 4

On the brightside, we've had a few good moments going forward and they look nervy, so we're still in it.
