Materrazi sent off for a 2nd yellow, both undeserved! I hope it hasn't ruined the game

Great work from Torres though to get that 2nd yellow for Matty.

Ex-Evertonian, the Pool fans will love that. They've been the better side to be fair, more possession, good chance to win here tonight.

Torres is a fucking queen with all that diving, and I hate MM.

Inter, regardless of the sending off, looks like they are 1988 wimbledon (although the Dons would at least have some possession). they are either defending or hoofing. I thought this was supposed to be some sort of attack minded side. The 67 Inter side had more gumption going forward than these guys.

You can stop to hope.

Inter won't be to interested in playing football in the 2nd half.

Too bad when a ref kills a game with a cheap red card :-|

commentator - "they deserved that little bit of luck" ........ how did they? if either team deserves a little luck its Inter for how they have defended. I do hate commentators sometimes, if not all the time, for their general lack of understanding of anything & their blatent bias for whoever they think the audiance wants to win.

Not impressed and they obviously needed the little man in yellow to help them.

Inter will turn it around in Milano

The ref gave Liverpool everything tonight.

Inter Milan: Julio Cesar, Maicon, Cordoba (Burdisso 75), Materazzi, Chivu, Zanetti, Stankovic, Cambiasso, Maxwell, Cruz (Vieira 55), Ibrahimovic.

Pasted here because the only Italian in the side was... Materazzi. I thought all Italian teams had at least half or more players from Italy Eek.

That was probably the most pathetic two yellow cards I have ever seen. You just can't ruin the game for so many people like that.I don't care who wins, but this was just wrong. No way they can come back from 2-0 without MM and by the looks of it Cordoba.Zlatan is pretty overrated, he did not touch the ball tonight.

I dunno. I'd give Inter a chance. They're capable of getting the two goals, it's just whether they can avoid conceding.
