This is akin to those first halves you see with England in Eastern Europe a few years back when it's fairly pedestrian up till half time before a few quick fire goals in the second half to seal the win.

Honestly, relax folks. Still players are getting their fitness back and it's hardly the most conducive of pitches to play slick one touch passing on.

The overriding goal for tonight is (obviously) getting through, but getting through providing key minutes to certain players and without picking up injuries.

I have little doubt that we'll cruise to a win tonight. We'll get a goal and then they'll have to attack and that will open them up. What worries me is how laboured we look because defensive or not, if we struggle to create multiple chances against this lot then we're in for a long season against the mid to lower table teams in the Prem.....

The way you beat these teams is moving the ball quick and incisively. They can’t cope then. We don’t do that and haven’t for ages.

Genuine question here, do our tactics / approach stifle the creativity we have in the team!? At best I am not sure they help our ‘creativity’.

I don't think so. I simply think it's the players aren't that creative and lack technique. We are trying to play some pretty quick one touch passing around the box at times, so it's not the tactics.

In BG there was no problem with the TV stream, no any interuption.
However yuu didnt miss anything.

And i can confirm that Plovdiv is beautiful place with reach history..roman empire, then pure Bulgarian old city etc.
