To be fair, Gundogan probably changed a lot of peoples opinions of him last year. He had a great season and showed something I didn't know he had in his game.

If Dybala leaves Juve he'll have a lot better suitors than us, unfortunately. The time to get him was 2019.
But it looks like he'll be signing a new deal very soon, Allegri loves him.

Considering how useful the Fabio/Juve connection has proven to be for us concerning Romero I doubt whether Fabio would even consider an approach for Dybala and ruffle Allegri's feathers.

Spanish clubs can't afford him, inter are screwed, Milan couldn't afford him, no chance PSG come in for him. Which leaves English clubs, city we know won't, Chelsea are getting Lukaku, United have Sancho and greenwood for that position.
Which only really leaves Liverpool and us. Paratici will know all about this possibility, but we will probably run into third party issues again.
I think the more important question is do we want him? Apparently he hasn't had a great season and was not even picked for the Copa America. A big name, but maybe one on the decline.
