Jol has done most of the work with this team, Ramos continues it with success. Thanks to both. Good job!

Can't argue that BMJ played his part in our revival, and few would doubt his love for Spurs...........................

BUT!!

Junde Ramos has the aura/presence & tactical nous which has moved us on to the next level, & made a team which now has the belief to beat Chelski et al

Jol is John the Baptist.

 As a Christian I should be slightly offended by someone doing a comparison involving a football manager and a very important prophet but it is spot on.

Without the work Jol did at this club we wouldn't have been in the final today and have Ramos as a manager. Do people seriously think Ramos would have gone anywhere near this club if it was in the same position when Jol took over?

Jol laid the foundations for a very bright future for the club with back to back qualification into Europe and now Ramos is taking us to the next level.

It was the BMJ groundwork and Ramos evolution that combined to get us where we are

I would argue Frank Arnesen was the key individual with regards to laying foundations but I realise that doesn't go down too well, for obvious reasons. That said, it is true. He brought Jol to the club and finally started getting the players we needed. All that in about a year and a half. Great stuff.

different styles of manager, bmj was more old school who molded the temperament of the team rather than having a big impact in the in-game tactics. big thanks to you bmj, you sorted out spurs and laid the foundation for our future successes..

You'll find that Spurs was sorted and the foundation for our future sucesses was laid by Levy, Frank Arnesen and Santini. Jol inherited the legacy. He may have carried the baton for a couple more seasons but Ramos finished the first race

Was this one for Martin Jol? No.

Was this one for Juande Ramos? No.

This one was for us, each and every person who has Spurs in their heart, lillywhite running through their veins, the fans that make this club have more soul than Jazzy B.

I had tears in my eyes at the final whistle, as did the boys I had the priviledge to go there with.

That's who today was for.

This one was for everybody who has been involved in the club the last couple of years. I think we'd all agree it's been excellent to watch us evolve, and i hope for MANY moments like this in the future.

This is for us as a club, COYS!!!

Makes the boards shambolic Jol sacking/Ramos hiring episode a distant memory & proves Levy et-al made the right decision............

All Ramos. His changes today looked lunacy at the time but all paid off. The guy has a gift for making tactical changes. We would have lost that game under Jol, no doubt in my mind. He wouldn't have had the know-how to turn it around. Ramos did, and we won. So simple when you see it like that

I doubt even Ramos could have done it without the signing of Jonathon Woodgate .

Superb tactics yesterday , deflated the Chelsea players , they were looking for the final whistle more than an equaliser .
