If Dean did say what is speculated then my money is on the charge being withdrawn, everything being hushed over and him mysteriously never reffing us again.

All we need to do is go public on it and that's Dean's career over. I think the FA would see the barrel we have them over, even if it was Poch who started things and Dean simply reacted to it.

But can we now conclude that Dean isn't actually a secret Spurs fan?

Dean has been taken off of our game on Wednesday too. He's no longer the fourth official, so the FA can't be happy with him.

With any luck we will find out what happened anyway as all refs microphones are recorded nowadays.

Wouldnt it be good if we could hear the refs like we do in rugby. I suppose we couldnt do it because of the amount of times a player tells the ref to fuck off and it would be heard.

What do you reckon poch will get? Touchline ban?
Well Klopp questioned their integrity after the West Ham game and got a 45k fine.

I cant see how improper conduct can be seen as worse than that, especially as it was triggered by Dean.
However the PL aren't terribly consistent so i expect a points deduction and a public hanging of Poch.

he has been ref 4 times this season, hopefully after yesterday we won't ever see him again

hopefully what ever Dean said that made him turn back is on record and bad enough to mean he never returns, though to be honest I believe the whole of the PL are going through a period of really bad officials. I watch a lot of PL matches and struggle to see a good 1 now days

It speaks volumes of Dean that this moment has seemingly united many teams fanbases

Not really happy about Dean being taken off our next game. Who the hell are we going to blame if/when we balls that one up?

If that was going to be an issue, Poch wouldn’t have been charged in the first place. The FA and PGMO aren’t going to open themselves up to a scandal.

What has been said before is that Dean is over compensating for being called a spurs fan whether that costs us in the games he refs I don't know but it definitely does not help us .
The one ref I had a lot of time for was and I repeat was M.Oliver but he showed his colours when refereeing the Leicester match.
As someone on here said earlier there was not one premier league ref at the World Cup. Nuff said.

That was because none of ours were experienced with VAR, no other reason

Can anyone tell me the following:

1. What has Mike Dean been accused of saying?

and

2. Why was everyone initially pissed off with him before the end?

Surely it wasn't because of that corner that Burnley scored from??? That was extremely difficult for anyone to see. Even watching on T.V. was hard to see . Not defending him but surely we can't be that upset from that decision that literally could of gone either way. Yes, it wasn't a corner when you watch a replay 5x, slow it down, etc. but never in real-time would you expect a Ref to get that 100 percent right all the time??? Part of the game, human error, etc.

Mike Dean is bald. So is Daniel Levy.

I don't need to explain the rest.

1. Noone knows

2. It seems the original words were because of the corner and a tackle on Rose. Definitely a case of the straw that broke the camel's back with regards to Dean and Tottenham.

Well no-one knows, but this hasn’t stopped the good judges, jurors, and executioners of SC speculating that he must have said something heinously offensive, as Poch of Nazareth would NEVER have lost his cool otherwise. Naturally, we will never know, as the Premier League Bureau of Investigation have already ordered a grand cover-up that goes all the way to the top. And quite frankly it stinks

It's not so much what happened in this game, it's the perceived lack of support we seem to have received from Dean since the allegations of him being a spurs fan. That, along with the astounding fact of us losing the majority of our games when he has been the ref, followed by his arrogance and apparent unprofessional comment to Poch has had us fans saying enough is enough.

Poch after the game - “I will accept everything that can happen from the Football Association but I hope they won't go any further.”
I wonder if Poch is inferring that he hopes he doesn’t have to appeal and in doing so force the FA to make public that Dean said something inappropriate and derisory
