So you think our passing ability is an issue at Spurs? It is one of the things I am most proud of. We are an entertaining side with the midfield spraying the ball around etc:

What we are bad at is crossing and team defending. Which points to balance, not lack of a central attaching midfielder.

OUR SURVEY SAYS.....

Our passing is appauling half the time. So many lost balls. Did you see the immense clearence from Dawson last week? They scored from it.

Whenever i have been this year ESPECIALLY in uefa cup, we give the ball away too many times. I sometimes wonder if players are colour blind.

well said

Is that what you were saying when that "Fat Frenchman" clawed us back from behind on the weekend?

Playing out of position and still scoring in the Prem in the same ballpark as Modric did in a lesser league?

Would you like to look at some possession stats?

You just proved my point YET MORE PLAYERS all filling in that left spot. Bale also filled it.

What? I'm confused now. Congratulations, you have managed to miss my point so much I now genuinely have no idea what you're talking about.

I just disproved what you said about us having too many ACMs and now you're saying we have too many players filling in at LM. Well woop-de-doo Mr Irrelevant.

To be fair it was pretty pointless right from the first post!

Weren't there 10 bombers to start with?

The first page a lot of people admitted the same thing had crossed their minds. Then the clique came in and started mentioning Hughton etc and that is when the usual tag teaming begun.

Well maybe raising the debate as to whether small players can succeed in the Premiership would have been better than irrationally writing off our new big money signing who has had lots of rave reviews and was coveted by a number of big clubs.

He also said never sign a player off the back of impressive showings at International cup competitions.

Correct. But what makes you imagine our scouts, Comolli and Ramos based their judgement on international games alone?

And on what, precisely, are you basing your own judgements about Modric?

You know better than Ramos about what the team needs, it would seem. Not only that, you know better than Wenger, Grant, Eriksson and Keegan, to name just a few. Wenger paid Dinamo £10m for da Silva last summer. He hadn't had any experience in the mighty Bundesliga either.

Probably not the best example to use to prove your point. I suspect my cat knows better than king Kev, and my cat has been dead for 15 years.

8.5 million for de Silva. Half the amount we paid for Modric. Am I missing something?????
