According to one ITK Levy had talked to him a few times but as @Cochise says above that Levy thinks he needs to manage in Europe first. I guess he still needs to prove he’s good enough to manage us. Not quite sure what Slot and Postecoglou have done that Gallardo hasn’t but hey ho.

Yeh that is odd why would Gallardo not be ok but Slot and Postecoglou good to go, all three are in leagues much lesser than the prem. if we are looking at it like that then that leaves really just Pochettino and Naglesmann.

Good grief, Charlie Brown. Glass is half full of poop. I don’t get statements like this. So defeatist. Who says none of these guys are available?
I was half joking re RDZ, I doubt he would be taken off the list just because of the game today. But we did have ITK a few days ago saying Gallardo and JN aren’t on the list. So yeah.

Hope de Zerbi is out of any candidate list after today. Don't want him anywhere near our club.
I can't believe everyone is saying this. We've just watched his team absolutely batter us for 90 mins and people are no longer interested because he got into an argument with our interim manager. Who cares? The best managers are often nutters, lets not act like Conte and Jose haven't been involved in their fair share of bust ups, two managers everyone was happy with us appointing. Arteta is a **** on the sideline but he's probably leading Arsenal to the title. People need to grow up, De Zerbi is an amazing coach and exactly what we need.

We don’t need another hot head where we are at right now. We need more of a steady hand. Also, passion is often used to justify stupid actions. Think he took comments way out of context and acted unprofessionally. No way would I want him.

Its a really bad look and we should avoid him on this basis.

Instead of being 100% focused on the game, he's allowed something so silly to get into his head and clearly take his focus away from his team and to wind up the opposition instead.

Jose has a history but he would have focused on winning first, then said something.

By doing what De Zerbi has done he's proven he's not ready for this level yet.

Has anyone seen any clips from the benches when they both got sent off?

None of the TV pictures I saw showed any aggression from Stellini whatsoever.

No, But apparently both got sent off for 'failing to control their staff'. Which seems a great idea, cos it's much easier to control them if you are banished from the bloody area they are in. Stupid rule.

Both managers were sent off for failing to control their benches.

I wasn't aware of this ruling either.

By that logic the manager should get sent off when a player receives a red card. so ridiculous.
