Missing a ball winner in the middle of the park badly.

Sanchez at RB was a terrible decision, just no need for it with Aurier perfectly able to play.

Drawing 2 games from 2-0 up out of the last 3 is shocking, thought they would have learnt there lesson, weak mentality

*Logs on after long day at Conference mildly happy to get a point away at Olympiacos who have stunning form at home.

Reads last page.

Sees all the posters strangely missing from the Palace match thread are swarming.

*Logs out to make popcorn.

Most frustrating thing is we looked to have a bit of spark back on Saturday but that tonight was back to the poor form we’ve shown in 2019

Such a shame Lo Celso is injured. Hopefully he’ll solve the Eriksen and Dele problem we currently have. Both a waste of space tonight. Actually disappointed we didn’t have any takers for Eriksen in the summer
2019, 2018, and most of the latter half of 2017. Granted it's been worse each year but 16-17 was our peak. And it's not a single player - the entire squad has regressed in performance with the exception of Sonny and Sissoko (although in the latter case that's because regressing any further would've been close to impossible).

That was like watching a Europa League game.

I want Dembele and Wanyama back now.

Eriksen was abysmal. Sanchez is generally a clown but not his fault that he's made to look even worse by playing at right back. Lack of intensity was a joke

Kane was pub league as well mate. Couldnt hold the ball at all and just didnt make any runs at all

Did very well for the first goal though to be fair, great movement and skill to win the penalty. But it's the same Kane we've seen for 18 months now, an occasional moment of the brilliance we know he's got marred by 89 minutes of nothing.

Top teams don't keep giving away 2 goal leads, and any really top team knows with a 2 nil lead approaching HT you don't fucking concede. Simeone would absolutely destroy the Premier league. Teach a team to defend and you'll not go far wrong.

So many poor individual decisions from us tonight.

That said Olympiakos is a better team than most of us probably anticipated. CL away is always tricky. Still very disappointing how we virtually threw away a two goal lead. This team is screaming out for a quality DM and some consistency at the back.
Sorry, but I don't agree Olympiakos is good. Just see Red Star getting 3 points over them and Bayern thrashing them.

They left so much space at the back but we were so poor and slow to capitalise even on counter. On normal attacking possession we are just passing the balls sideways with no intention or creativity to open them up. This team suits us to play lot of early balls behind their defence and we could tear them apart but nobody bloody did that significantly.

Red Star will be an even more difficult challenge and if we are satisfied with just a point tonight, we may regret that decision.

A huge two points dropped tonight and it will be another tough journey to advance to the knock out stage IF we continue with such form.

Not the worst result but losing a 2 goal lead again is not a good trait to have. Eriksen was extremely poor. Alli and Lamela need to review videos of players passing to each other when right infront of goal.

Eriksen needs to take a long hard look in the mirror. Pathetic

Dele and Lamela simply don’t have the composure required. Never expect anything from Dele when in dangerous positions these days and I never have expected anything from Lamela, he’s a headless chicken most of the time.

Oh to have even a fucking Valbuena pulling a string or two!

The result is ok. But we had no calm, a bit more patience and we win this. Not worried about the return leg am worried about how exposed our defense looks. Maybe its time to bring dier back into the fold?

Some right whoppers on here. We're in for a tough season for various reasons. Need to trust in Poch to see us through. A draw away against plucky opponents.

Be interesting to see how the other teams do in Athens , think some of the pace, intensity and skill caught us cold

I expect rose, aurier, Sissoko, Son and lamela will start the home game against them .

Eriksen, Davies, Sanchez, Dele, Kane all too slow and bumbling for that lot . Too much of that type in the 11

Why dont they learn. Its the same thing again and again.
Because nobody is there to teach them. Winners breed winners. But we're not managed by a winner, and our fans have exceedingly low expectations.

I’d love to know what we do in training. Whatever it is it’s not football related. Fml.
