Didn't go along myself but in the past it has been quite interesting to hear what people thought. Anyone go along?

What I've heard from a couple of my mates who went:

1) The England lads are all really popular. Kane and Mason led the team out, and a couple of people said that it was clear why Kane had been chosen as Captain on Sunday based on training. They all work hard, and clearly get along.

2) Soldado seems to get on surprisingly well with everyone (not just Lamela etc), and was pretty talkative. Works hard too supposedly. Same with Paulinho actually.

3) Friedel's influence is underestimated. He was talking to McGee and Yedlin a lot, and seems to be almost mentoring a few younger players. Definitely one to watch for a future coaching role.

4) Pochettino gets really involved. He was laying the players off for the shooting drill at the end - didn't just stand around, which personally I think is a good thing.

5) Walker, Verts, Ade and Lloris weren't there. Not sure about Fazio.

6) Eriksen and Lamela are both quiet, but looked the most skilful in the session (but then again, they're my mates 2 fav players so that's to be expected)

Seemed like a pretty decent morning tbh. Lots of families there. Graham Roberts was in the crowd.

Poch is always training with them on the videos they put on Youtube. Scores some good free kicks actually.

It was the same at Southampton; there were videos of him playing foot tennis with Shaw and all sorts.

Yeah, I think the impact of having a manager who's played International football is underestimated...

Although having said that, it didn't stop Mourinho, Wenger etc.

I think we'll line up like this tbh:

Vorm
Vlad, Dier, Davies, Rose

Although I'm not sure if Fazio is still out or not, and Verts might be back for Saturday - was just an illness iirc.

That probably, as I suggested, is the reason Paulinho played on Sunday. Noone else is pulling up trees at the moment and while I don't rate Paulinho if he is still showing 100% in training I can't blame Poch for choosing him, despite what I believe is best.

Wrt Fridel he is already coaching. He coached or managed one of the US youth teams earlier this season in a tournament. Or it was us against a US youth team, I can't remember exactly.

He was also at the FAYC match in the stands at WHL against Chelsea, so he pays close attention to the.

I also heard Dembele wasn't there is that true. Along with Fazio if they are injured it explains why they weren't in the squad on Sunday and maybe people can lay off Poch a bit more.

Why did Capoue dye his hair red, taking the piss?!

I feel a bit sorry for Capoue but I must admit that this photo made me cackle: the red protest hair, the sullen scowl, the snood. Bless.

On a related note, who is that, between Mason and Bentaleb's heads, and to the left of Stambouli who looks like they're about go down on Nacer? My inability to identify them is irritating me.

Capoue's doing the Lennon bad attitude pose. Red hair is a bad idea, so don't really feel sorry for him myself. Can't work out the player, I think a couple of the younger guys were there so could be one of them.

Judging by the hair and the fact that I can't see him elsewhere in the photo, I would say Lamela.

Brad was a coach with the US u20s in the CONCACAF tournament a few months ago, but I believe he has also been spotted coaching our youth teams in some games.

The real question is, why is Bentaleb wearing Towsends training shirt?

Looking at the photo again, Mason has a double handed grab on his crotch. Must be excited.
