1. Eriksen
2. Kane
3. Edwards
4. Alli

Then there's a whole bunch of players I think are all kind of equally important in different ways, who I would struggle to put in order:

Vertonghen, Alderweireld, Dier, Wanyama, Rose, KWP, Onomah

Only one person has mentioned Lamela. Short memories.

We've done alright without him, tbf, so it's not like it'd be the end of the world if he was sold.

I don't want him to be, though and I hope he comes back next season.

Son has been one of our best players this season and he's at the bottom of most lists - weird!

Anyone who doesn't have Kane at the top of their list is trying too hard to be clever.

Kane is not only a consistent 20+ goal scorer with the capacity to break Shearer's record, he embodies this team, the manager and the club.

No player is bigger than the club but he is a walking embolden of it.

You see all these clubs spending ridiculous sums but they'd all love to have a Kane. A player they produced, leading the line and behaving impeccably.

We are VERY lucky to have him as they very rarely exist anymore. The Steve Gerrard type, one club men who are not like a Mark Noble who is a one club man because no one else will have him.

I think Eriksen is the most important player. And it's not about trying to be clever. IMO he's the player who brings the most to this team. The player that most makes it what it is. Not only does he contribute almost as much as Kane in terms of productivity (goals and assists) but he will see the ball 60 times a game and is the most intelligent user of it by a fucking mile that we have in our team. He's played more minutes than any other player, he also runs more miles than any other player. We coped without Kane for two long stretches and still had our best season, I guarantee you, if we'd have lost Eriksen for the same amount of time we would not have had the same season. That is why, for me, he's the most important and also would be the hardest to replace. If we sold Kane we'd get 100m, and with that we could go buy Lacazette, Lukaku etc Who could we buy that does what Eriksen does. Scores, creates the most in this league, sees as much ball as a CM, presses, covers more ground ? For the same money as we'd get for him ? De Bruyne or Silva are the only two who would be close.

I think we would have won the league with Lamela fit. His stats at the start of the season were outstanding.

Kane, Dele, Alderweireld, Eriksen, Dier are the top 5 for me, but then it has to be a flat no for at least 10 of ours in my opinion, such is the quality of our team right now.

Unsure about nominating Lloris. He is showing signs of inconsistency lately, but signing a good keeper is notoriously hard.
