Eriksen unlike most others has had zero competition for his role which has to lead to some sort of fatigue.
Everyone speaks of Kane getting knackered but Eriksen plays more games, runs more every game and is supposed to have all the answers when opposition parks the bus.
Competition from GLC will allow for rotation and much needed rest every now and then and if by chance GLC overtakes Eriksen that will sure as hell make us hard to stop from scoring.
Eriksen is a top player, overused and knackered last season but still a top player!
He is a top player without a doubt that's not in question. Does he have what it takes when the chips are down is the question?
