Jesus people, chill out!!!! Do you really think that we'd let Rose go without a back up being brought in? Won't happen unless we have someone lined up.
I actually can't believe that people are surprised by this, Rose well and truly burnt his bridges with Poch last season which showed in how much playing time he got.
Rose's days at spurs are coming to an end, if it doesn't happen in this window, I can certinaly see him moving on in January.
But for gods sake, calm the f*ck down! Even at our most spursy, we wouldn'tget rid without a backup

Yeah.

Its not like we have previous.

Doesn't make any sense. We can't register some players for the CL as it is, losing a club-trained for Kurzawa just compounds things.
We sold a home grown player last year and replaced him (in terms of squad numbers) with 4 non homegrown players in the last 3 weeks.

Nothing this club does makes sense

I've never been this excited about a TDD than this one tbh.

It's so stacked against us it can literally only finish one way at the moment.

Whether the stories breaking have an ounce of truth to them or not, it just keeps on getting more and more confusing.

If Rose does go, replacing him with HG is the only thing that makes sense.

Just a hunch, but I have my suspicions that Shaw will be the makeweight in the Toby deal. He was a quality player under Poch, voted the best LB in the league in 2014 - Poch knows his strengths and Shaw knows his system. Shaw fan or not - he would slot straight in. Though people are going be very disappointed if it isn't Martial of course. Just seems very suspicious that Rose could now be offloaded on loan at this late stage, with Toby looking destined for Utd.

At least it's not Frazier Campbell.

Rose is one of the best left backs in the league. Shaw is crap.

I don't disagree. But he may have burned his bridge or Poch may feel he desperately needs a fresh start. In his interview about depression he talked about the bad things that happen at football clubs that he won't talk about. Who knows. Just speculating.

Fair one. Fuck knows, I'm lost in this transfer window.

If we actually loaned out Rose (club-trained), and bought Kurzawa (non-HG) before any other outgoings all that good housekeeping bollocks goes out of the window. We'd have net spent to reduce our CL squad size and it might not even be an upgrade.

The only reason this move should happen is if Danny Rose feels he needs a new start, in a new background.

Otherwise, the club shouldn't be looking to sell him. I think people forget how good Rose is.
