Also I feel Doherty worked well with him today. It looked a lot better on the right side with a wing back getting in behind as well.

Finally someone to really compliment Kane and Son. Moura has done well at times, but this fella is something else.

I think he's ace. Ok so he's not the quickest, but he's a classy looking player. Confident on the ball and delivery very good too

He’s been very good but he’s just not very nice to watch in the ways players like Son are ? looks so awkward a bit like Kane can at times when he’s not at his best
He's not exactly silky but I don't think he looks clumsy either. He's certainly effective, though, and that's exactly what we need in that position.

That was a great performance today. He’s got great composure, doesn’t rush anything and that’s the mark of a good player, works hard, has a very strong left foot and seems to have a good game intelligence. Early signs are a lack of pace won’t hinder him too much.

A quality RWB to provide more space for him would be really good because making defenders make the choice of whether to let him cut onto that left foot or to close him down and let him play a pass in to the wing back would be a real headache, as he’s clearly capable of causing damage either way

that one shot he had saved in the second half was a very good example of this - the overlapping run gave him the space to shoot, was a good save from meslier

Even if he has a bad day with finishing or passing his stamina and pressing are always great. He is also versatile, next coach could be like Pep, Poch or Pulis and all would love a player like him.

He's the perfect compliment to son and Kane. We need to sort the rest of the squad out and not let this trio go to waste.

I’m going to reserve my judgment here and not go over board.

But fuck me what a player, he’s going to be incredible, technically world class.

I love him.

Maybe not a popular opinion but I think he’ll be better than Luis Diaz ??‍♂️

How much will he cost? Even at 60 million, it's a steal.
Let’s not go over board mate. It’s a very good start but that’s all for now. He’s doing everything you’d want from an attacking player that’s joined a new team, he’s working hard, linking well and being a real goal threat, let’s hope he keeps it up

From a technical perspective he’s a little Eriksen esque in the way he moves and takes control of the ball.

I like him a lot, and I like Lucas too. We can do more but, when fit, our attacking options look decent to me as it stands.
