when was the last time we had an offensive player hit the ground running when they arrived? I genuinely can't remember. His body/size he has adapted really well and quickly. The passing and ability to cut onto his left foot has been exactly what we have needed since bale left. Hope he just keeps working hard and keeps this up because he is making 40mil euros paid in a year and half like a steal.

He’s definitely got something going for him. Good potential, though still some way to go. Nice shot though.

Think in time playing slightly deeper might be better, but you can’t argue with his output so far.

Pleased for the guy

I'm usually not a fan of a player who is a bit slow and has to constantly check back onto their favoured foot as it makes them predictable. But kulu has shown great quality and an eye for a pass, so hopefully he can build on it.

I'd like to see him at least try and go down the line on his right foot, would make him more difficult to defend against.
You’ve not been watching then as he’s done that several times already.

It’s pretty incredible how quickly He has adapted to the speed and physicality of the league. Looks like he’s been here longer than he has and given how young he is, it’s remarkable. Don’t want to get too far ahead of ourselves and lump on too much pressure, but man, so far, so good.

Completely agree with this description of him. If you have watched him play and follow the Prem you would see that he would fit in so well. He has all the attributes to be a success IMO: hardworking like you said, but also strong and reasonably quick with an end product.

I understand the underwhelming reactions but in this case I feel like if you know, you know. Hopefully he we will be a success if he joins.
Like I said: if you knew, you knew. ;) buzzing for my boy Deki

He is a very, very good player. I've been really impressed. Was excellent today. Holds the ball up, uses it well, works really hard.
