only problem i have with him is his unaesthetic playing number

i imagine no one was the clear first choice LB at the club and Ange wasn’t sure who that would be. Leaving it open might imply we were after someone else but it is his Destiny

It was really as simple as Reguilon being in the squad and having the number...

At this point the beast chat could possibly do with some moderation and it's out of hand and fucking up the thread for one of our most exciting players.

There is a D&D section for exactly this sort of stuff.
We have a Dungeons and Dragons section?

Udogie clearly didn't have many numbers to choose between though, as 35-38 was given to our new signings. For Italy debut he wore 6.

According to Ange, Destiny said something felt a bit tight at half time and they thought they'd give him 10 mins, it didn't sound serious.

On the post match interview on Spursplay , Ange says that Destiny was feeling tiredness at half time which was why Royal was warming up at half time , once we got the second goal he decided to take him off, be OK for Friday.

PS Find out this afternoon at the pre match press conference if he is OK to start, no reports anywhere of Destiny not being fit to play.

Hmm, I heard "tightness" (like a hamstring or something) but, listening back to it again, I think you're right.

Either way, the interview is here:

(he talks about Pape at about 2:25 and Destiny straight after)

Hope he’s ok for Friday. Emerson was awful when he came on.

Good? No. Awful? Not for me. I mean, he had two huge blocks that may have sealed us all 3 points. His positioning seemed bad, which led to chances, but he’s hardly played, and then got put out on the left. Think he deserves a little bit of slack, personally.

What we need is someone who talks Australian :) , I thought he said tiredness which after playing midweek is understandable as he's still a youngster. Ange didn't actually say he would be OK for Friday but that's the impression I got.

Yep tiredness.

He is some player, absolutely brilliant pick up for 15mill or whatever it was, gotta be worth 60 by now!

He plays with a maturity well beyond his 20 years, so glad he is our player

He did seem to pull up in the first half and limp a little , I remember thinking hope it’s not his hammy .
The fact he was out for second half was great .
It appears nothing anyway . Fingers crossed . What a player !
