I have heard from a few different people he don’t have a good attitude I know steve cooper got a good 5 months from him but I don’t see him being in ange plans at all.

Normally, I would say it was worth a punt.

But, if the reports of attitude issues are true - those are the kinds of things that scouts suss out (and why you need scouts + Data).

And, bringing in a player with an "attitude" went about as well as could be expected on a Conte team

Yeah a really weird purchase. Hindsight is still everything though..

At the time Emerson was being booed by our own fans and we were struggling with potential HG numbers. However Conte didn't want him, and it seems Ange doesn't either.

And yet... many, many fans wanted him... couldn't wait for it to go through... but it was wrong because he didn't fit Conte... and now it appears his attitude doesn't fit the Premier League at all...

Yeah pretty sure that’s the reason he fell out with the boss at Middlesbrough can’t remember who that was . Then got shipped to Forest on loan

Absolutely - I got the sense at the time, that this was one of Levy's pet projects, and one of the reasons the deal dragged on all summer.

In retrospect, we either did not do the due diligence - and it was sort of public knowledge that Boro did not want him back - or Levy just ignored the red flags, and went forward anyway.

I would be shocked if this was Paratici's call - given how quickly Paratici wrapped up his deals last summer.

And I think Paratici would have done a better job either getting Conte's buy-in, or selling Conte on the deal - instead of "He's a club signing"

I feared that with Djed, knowing he was out there on the tour uninjured (as far as I know) and didn't play a minute.

What a waste of anticipation that was if that's that with him.
