Bale will be the best player in our squad and top 3 in the league, the guy is class, and even if he’s lost a bit of pace he’s still rapid. As for motivation, if he was only motivated by money he’d not be coming to us, he just sit out his contract. He’s coming to us because he wants to play regular football ahead of the two upcoming international tournaments.
No doubt Bale's class, we all witnessed the growth and trophies he won at Real the motivation to go to China worried me coming back to Tottenham with his injury record and wages, Levy will have to do the numbers.

If they sign today are they available for tomorrow? Or will they debut/re-debut on Sunday instead?

I don't doubt he has the ability still but I question if his injuries are going to be an issue

After watching that he seems much more skillful than he was when he left us and more powerful physically although slightly lost that zip of pace (or maybe uses it less)
I think he’s lost that zip of pace but makes up for it by being skilful, and creative which we lack massively. This guy can pick passes and has vision like Kane. Them two zipping balls to each other and son also getting on the end as well. I have no words for the excitement!

The money side, well if we want any top player that’s a seal we need to break. As for motivation, I just think the treatment he got at Madrid despite phenomenal feats for them, purely because he’s not Cristiano Ronaldo, made him fall out of love with them, but I don’t think he’s coming to us unless he wants to play football the best he can. China, well if his choices were play football there for all the money, or sit on Madrid’s bench for only almost all the money, I get it.

Injuries is of course a worry always with Bale but with him, Son, Dele, Lucas, Bergwijn, Lamela, Kane and potentially even one more, our depth in the final third is ridiculous.

Bale's best days have gone his been sidelined far to long motivated by money this move is all wrong imo we should be revisiting Dybala.

Offering or selling Dele Alli to entertain Bale does not wash either.

If we do sign Bale and Reguilon, do we need anything else? Perhaps a #10, or would it be enough to have Dele/Tanguy for that spot?

*I'm talking if we want to be comfortably in the top 4.

I can’t stop thinking about his goal against West Ham in the last minutes. That is the sort of magic we’ve been missing. Can’t wait to see him in the shirt and scoring goals.
