Him doing well is really good news. Will make it a lot easier for Paratici to sell him. One less excuse for Levy not to back Conte can only be a good thing. I always felt he started coasting after his permanent transfer here, and was capable of much more than he actually showed.

I hope that Villareal at-least make it to the final and that GLC has an impact in doing so. Even if they don't win, that runner-up money isn't bad at all and could help in their overall package for GLC.

Great how we get rid of all these players who can’t win anything so we can. Hope they win the trophy and Foyth adds to his medals, as well as Lo Celso, Aurier and Capoue. Probably makes Harry envious as he looks how the discarded players are doing so well elsewhere. Would be surprised if he stays this summer
