With 2 goals in 25 PL games? From player of the season to thrown out with the trash in two pages.
And we expect loyalty from our players?
M L SMis interest? What does that mean?
When a team is having a bad season it is often the hard workers that get the praise, justifiably really."Player of the season"...
I know we're having a bad season but surely not that bad.
A whole hearted but sadly average player. At best his turn and run at players like an animal let out of a cage can create chaos for opposition, but man I would hate to play alongside him. Touch is poor link up play is poor also seems sporadically quick but takes an age to recover from bursts of pace.
Would be first on my list to upgrade.
I do think we need an upgrade but I don’t think we should be looking to sell unless a really good offer comes in. As a bench/rotation offer he’s excellent, you would be hard pressed to find a better one. But he’s just not quite on the same level as Son and Kane.
No, we're not saying that. Just that we want a BETTER player than him in this position. If you disagree with me, thats on you. But Im glad we brought in Kulusevski. He does not look like he needs many chances to prove himself. Running and COYSing is not enough if you want to be at top level. For me, his time is up.The fact people are saying Moura should be the first to go in the summer is quite frankly, laughable. First ahead of Doherty, Royal, Sanchez and about another 3 others? Have a word.
His end product is abysmal and frankly indefensible.
Badly need to upgrade on him, another signal of our decline that he's a regular starter.
Wonder if it's ever crossed his mind to try and re-train or focus on the RWB position? With Doherty out for the season and Kulusevski making that RW position his own, Lucas has an opportunity to potentially step-in as RWB cover. I can definitely see what he can bring to the RWB position with his attacking and obvious concern would be his defensive output ( he'll probably win a ton of aerial duels but his defensive positioning could be very suspect as a RWB.
