I'm no expert (are any of us?) but I've seen players walk off seemingly unaffected and still be out for multiple weeks. Micky couldn't walk so I would be stunned if we see him again this year.

Gonna have to be Dier and Royal for the foreseeable future. Though Højbjerg could also do a job I think. Will be interesting to see if Phillips or Dorrington get a chance against Wolves but I think he’ll go with the above mentioned.
