low in confidence personally and the rest of the team. I think he's a very good player and we have a manager who can actually coach, will have nothing to worry about.

Hasn't made the Spain squad for the Euros which is a shame for him, but could be a big positive in terms of the new manager getting to work with him over the summer given how far he's regressed in recent months.

Obviously his confidence fell off a cliff over the last few months but we saw enough in the early part of the season to know that there is a very good player in there. The plus side is that I think it's much less likely Madrid will call him back now. With a new manager and renewed confidence he will be brilliant.

In a nut shell, yup

Imagine someone new coming and getting the best out of Tanguy, Lo Celso, Reggie and (to a lesser extent) Bergwijn, while spending money well and integrating Skipp

That's a good side. Just lots of 'Ifs'

Surprised Reguilón did not make the Spanish squad, probably the Villa og did not help.

I really wouldn’t be surprised if he pushed for a move back to Spain in the summer. He comes across as quite young and has had a difficult last 6 months. I hope he stays and if he does it will make him a stronger player.

Really pissed off Jose with his Christmas dinner antics and showed his immaturity with it. Agree he could be homesick but with flights opening up in next few months reckon new manager could put his arm around him and keep him for another season to see if he can regain his early season form. Looks like there's a player there even if he is rash at times

He's clearly talented and has good spirit. This last 6 months has made mincemeat of nearly everyone, plus he's young enough to gain plenty more experience

Nah he'll go back when Real are ready for him, they are in just as much of a mess as us.

Has anyone given Tactics Tim credit for raising doubts about how Reguillon would settle in?

Next manager?

No and he said that he initially might struggle then immediately started playing well then his form dropped because the team got worse, something you can label at many other of our players.

Don't think Real would be interested in taking up their option at the moment,
if they do we should just turn to Gaya with the money we'd get.
