To a a few here at Spurs Community: Eat your hearts out. Cant wait for you all to eat crow.

To Fabrizio Romano(who everyone things is unfallible for some odd reason): Eat shit. Get better sources.

To Jose: Dont fuck this up like you did Salah & KdB. Give him games and give him time.
Why would it be Jose's fault?

If Ndombele isn't showing it and Jose is working a lot with the player it's only one person's fault.

Secondly. Why do people keep putting the boot in on Jose for KDB and Salah?

Chelsea won the title that year and had a midfield/attack that was very very good and operating very well. What was Jose supposed to do? Drop players who were leading them to the title to give them minutes??

From what Jose said, it was the club who decided to loan Salah out and by the time he returned from his loan, Jose had been fired.

Salah and KDB needed the next (lesser) club to get to where they are now. Like Modric and Bale needed us before Real Madrid step.

Ultimately this is down to the player' whilst most of the speculation about his motivation is pure opinion, it seems there is a difference between what the club want from him and what he's giving.

Like any player, he needs to be on-board with our process (whatever that is), if he doesn't want to do that, then it's over the Levy to get a good deal out of him. He'd still be a great bargaining chip for a decent player.

I'd be disappointed not to see him push on for us, he clearly has the ability but hard work often trumps talent.

Hopefully the Amazon documentary will give us a better insight. No smoke with fire more often than not but it will be interesting!

dragon1 on COYS (about Ndombele) '
Player is overweight and refuses to train properly , Jose would love to sell and use the money

we payed 42 plus 10 in potential bonuses , there is no way he leaves for one cent under what we paid

daniel in two minds what to do, if a big bid of 45 plus comes in I think he goes '

If this is true then we should get rid. The guy clearly has the wrong attitude to succeed in the premier league.

The positive feeling for Ndombele is getting a little strange.
I have wanted to sign this guy for 18 months and think he is the mut’s nuts talent wise and could be ( IMO ) more influential than most other central midfielders. I would love to see him have this impact next season.
BUT he has to show willing to do this. He has to show more than he has when he plays in the league for us. We cannot carry him. As someone that was at the Wolves home game his unbelievable talent can not be taken as a given for his lack of endeavour and effort that day. It was almost embarrassing to watch. If his issue,
Which was noted by his previous club’s fans on their message boards, cannot be remedied then surely we have to look the best price we can. I think the fans that have demanded for his inclusion by the new manager like the idea of Tanguy rather than the current reality.

The Amazon documentary will be heavily screened/edited by the club. I wouldn't epect any bombshells.

One of the things that was concerning when Ndombele was featuring in games around the winter period is that teams just started fouling him and making sure he was put on the floor. They started i realizing that if you dumped him on his backside he would lethargically get up and start to not 'fancy it' anymore.

I remember particularly in the Chelsea away game he was consistently put under pressure and pushed over and that effectively killed his influence in the match.

Many wrote Bale off.
Many wrote Kane off.
I didn’t think Eriksen was good enough.
Most thought Rose was crap.
Loads wrote Lloris off last season.
Carrick ‘never did enough’ for so many.
Somehow there was always a chunk who couldn’t see what Modric brought to the team.
Berbatov ‘was lazy’
George Graham got rid of the mercurial Daveed, because he didn’t work hard enough. How many thought that was a good idea?

We should build the midfield around Ndombele. He was one of our few highlights at the beginning of the season. Give him a proper chance on the pitch - if he doesn’t take it then fine. But I don’t believe he’s had that this year.
AS many have said before for Spurs fan, we are quick to write off mercurial foreign players when flair and talent are supposed to be in the clubs DNA. It seems fans want us to be a Burnley now.

We didn't pay in excess of 50 million for any of those players you quoted - I think expectations have to play a part in this for the money spent - I would have thought.

The club won’t have that much control over it, it’s not how fly on the wall type documentaries work. Amazon would have ensured that they have creative control over the final product they’re paying for.

Lastly, Jose doesn't post on here as far as I know so it's a bit pointless addressing comments at him.
Fixed for you.

Not totally convinced by these noises we are hearing that we don't want to sell him. Part of it may be leaking this kind of stuff so we don't come across as desperate sellers.

Doubt Levy would sanction a deal which involved taking a loss after just one year but if we were to pretty much get back what we paid, I think we'd deal. Whether a club is willing to pay that in the current market for a player coming off pretty much a nothing of a season, who knows.

If Dragon's info is correct and he is refusing to train properly then not sure what choice we have. Ordinarily, wouldn't want us to sell him after just one season especially as his talent is obvious but if are not getting the attitude and required level of dedication from him and there are no real signs of that changing, then that completely changed the situation for me.
