Where do people get the”£200 per week” from? I haven’t seen any official figures regarding his wages. Maybe I missed it but I thought this was with bonuses for achieving targets.
I’m pretty sure Kane’s wages include bonus payments but I be amazed if we paid that amount as a basic wage on our turnover.

In an ordinary year our turnover will be £350m+. We can easily afford to pay that kind of salary to our top players now.

Will Inter be able to afford his wages? What is their highest earner on?

Probably, because Italy tax law supposedly is benefitial to players when compared to other countries, so they would need to pay less than the rumored 200k, and if he does want out, he probably would take a small pay cut.

Christ, what did Lukaku do pre-Inter to be worth that kind of money?!

I don’t know, I’ve always rated Lukaku. He’s far from a perfect striker but he left the Prem at 25 and is still in the top 20 of all time EPL scorers. More than Wright, OGS, Giggs, Drogba, Vardy, Van Nistelrooy, Bergkamp, Cantona, Hazard, Ronaldo, numerous others. The only current EPL players with more goals than him are Kane and Aguero.

Scored every other game, on average, throughout his career?

Yeah, but apart from all that...

I would be surprised if Vidal were not considered expendable by Barca, that seems like a deal that is likely to get done. Not sure where we would go from there.

If we are that desperate to get rid then surely there'd be a team that wanted him on a one or two year loan with some kind of purchase element.

I’m really not sure swapping Ndombele for a CB is out greatest idea. Totally get he has been a bellend and Jose may want to shift him, and that’s fine. However there must be a better deal out there for us than a swap for a CB
Not unfeasible that we could also have 6 senior centre backs if we don't shift anyone too. I know some on here would have a hard on for stockpiling CBs but having 6 is ridiculous in practice.

Odd choice between Vidal and Ndombele. One is aggressive ,works his arse off but his best years are behind him. The other struggles to stay motivated but has bags of potential and much younger. Also the cost is surely way off, Vidal would cost half or less than Ndombele surely?
