If Poch doesn’t think he can play 2 games in a week he should have started this one

He has obvious talent but gives me the impression of looking lost..

Ndombele might look lost in Pochs system because Poch may want to play him the way Dembele played but when Ndombele gets the ball there isn't another player on the field (maybe apart from Kane) that knows immediately what he wants to do with the ball.
The problem is that Poch's system is bigger than anything. He caters his system to put in round pegs in square holes as he doesn't have the creativity to use the player to the best of their abilities.
Such is the case with NDombele. If Poch used NDombele instead of Eriksen, Kane and Son would be the happiest of campers. In that case I think NDombele would need a DM (lets say Dier) and a CM (lets say Winks) behind him.

This is when you know you’ve made it. Sweets named after you?

A moment that seems to capture Pochettino's current mood.
When asked about Ndombele seeming to make a positive contribution after coming on, Pochettino replied: "A big difference. Doing what?"

This is unforgivable. Sack Poch now. Toxic, toxic wanker.

Add this to the now long list of nonsense he says

He always plays with a grimace on his face. Why do I get a feeling he's playing through the pain barrier!? Unless he has a face like a slapped arse with the style we play

You need to see the whole clip or understand the context it was said in and then you might not be going off so much. It’s not that deep.
I’ve seen the full context and, although I get what he’s trying to do, he’s showing complete tactical naivety. He says it was a different phase of play and that’s true but it was different because Ndombele changed it.

Poch always tries to deflect this kind of stuff off of individual players and onto the squad. It's such a non-story, but so many have their knickers in a twist and are so eager to jump on anything he says now that it's become a thing.

And surely that means asking why it has become a thing?

I would hazard that the answer is because Poch's made it a thing rather than that the fans have made it a thing.

Poch is the one who has turned people against him; no-one has simply decided to turn on him for no reason, even Spurs fans aren't that fickle. I will accept that there are a few folk going way over-the-top, but people trying to absolve Poch of any blame are way off the mark. (And no, I'm not saying that you've done that, it's just a thought that fitted this post.)

I don’t really like the dig at winks as it’s very unnecessary imo but the video highlights how progressive and aggressive Ndombele passing is

Where’s the dig? Winks is a very very conservative passer and will send it sideways before forwards more often than not. Ndombele is already our best midfielder so it’s criminal Poch dropped him
