You obviously never never saw Hoddle playing at CB for Swindon!
Yeah I did with Colin Calderwood, who he made look like a world beater to our disadvantage, as we had to endure 3-4 years of Calderwood here on the back of his Swindon performance , who epitomized the 90's at this club

I don't understand why he has gone to Qatar. OK, I know the money will be astronomical but surely he could have stayed in Europe for decent money. Its a big ask of him and his young family you relocate to Qatar. Anyway, all the best Toby.

Expat communities in the Gulf aren't bad places to raise children by any stretch of the imagination. Yes, they're a bit sheltered, but then again most people with obscene money are sheltered by nature.

No, I doubt they will. Just an unusual move considering the teams that could have took him for £13m.

Sanchez will leave yes along with CCV in my opinion.

Therefore CCV, Toby, Sanchez and Foyth all gone in one window (how refreshing).

I would also like to see Dier go but I haven't heard of any rock solid interest in him yet.
To be honest keeping one senior defender while the new signings bed in makes sense, so I can see Dier staying primarily for that reason. I also think Dier might be of use in a back three but we'll have to see how/if Nuno wants to use him.

In a matter of days, two immensely popular players have left the club. Nothing surprising as every player eventually leaves or retires. They will always be remembered as they’ve always given their best when they wore our colours.

Wish them both well at their new clubs and thank you for bringing joy to the fans these past few years.

Hugo
Walker Toby Jan Rose
Dembele

I was always confident when those names were on the team sheet and now only Hugo left. This really has been a painful rebuild.

Love Toby. What a player hes been for us. Wish him all the best.

We have all been demanding a rebuild. This is what rebuild looks like.
Even though I think it could have been nice to have Toby for one more season I totally understand the club.

Farwell Toby ??? thank you for your service, a great defender and for me the best CB partnership with Jan as a cebtral pairing for spurs for a very very very very very long time and for 3 maybe 4 years probably the best CB partnership in the PL. He was exemplary on and off the pitch and great role model for youth players and young fans, very sad to see you go, would have loved maybe one more year through tis transition period old head and experience to help guide us, anyway wish him all the best and deserves his windfall from his new club for him and his family.

PS i love the message he left too, he will always be in our hearts i feel and remembered a great maybe even a legend in time to come especially in terms with the jan partnership

Nah I'm crying man this is too funny.
