Just hope it's not a case of light injury for every other team but ends up being a heavy injury for us.

Always felt like Bissouma picked up a fair few niggles at Brighton. Frustrating especially with the Skipp news but Benta + Hoj probably would have started the season anyway.

Annoying to start the season without Bissouma and Skipp, so fingers crossed that Bentancur and Hojbjerg can stay fresh for the first few games. Looks like we also need Sarr on the subs bench.

Bentancur and Hojbjerg should be fine for Southampton at home but it's annoying to have both Skipp and Bissouma suffer a stop-start pre-season. Feels like it'll be a few weeks at the least until we see them reach full fitness and form.

Sarr on the bench for Southampton? Or Devine? With only two fit midfielders, we might need some fresh legs just in case anything happens during the game.

Hojbjerg and Bentancur is fine for Saints. This is the exact reason we wanted 4 starting quality CMs - so we could deal with situations like this. Plus we still have Sarr in case of an emergency.

Rather Winks than Sarr.

Sarr not ready yet.
Disagree, if Winks goes down holding his knee then that scuppers a potential transfer.

And we NEED that money way more than we need Winks playing a throwaway game in August.

Wrap the lad in bubblewrap. He won't even complain either, he's so afraid of contact he'll think we're doing him a favour.

Seen enough of Winks, rather have Sarr on the bench. Last season we had academy players on the bench and by the look of Sarr in preseason he is better than them.
I'm looking forward to seeing Sarr develop into a future Spurs player as much as anyone else but this is wishful thinking.

Agreed, he certainly needs to develop but don't you think Sarr is better than our young academy boys that were on the bench last season?

Conte's training and this unchanged medical team is a recipe for disaster i'm afraid. The squad is gonna get absolutely gutted throughout this season. Gonna need to keep Gil and Sarr around the squad imo. At this rate Winks is gonna start again ffs.

Well Winks offers fuck all so what harm could it do. At least Sarr has something to prove to the club and the manager.
