So that he could get on the training pitch with players who were on holiday or injured? He tried to force Levy to get our transfer business sorted early and it didn’t happen.
Looks like he’s fed up.

I dont think that most people in sports view interviews as a large part of their jobs. Journalists just want to sensationalise and create click bait for revenue. The club gets paid a kings ransom by the TV companies and media for full coverage including interviews and in turn Pochettino get a huge contract with the club. He has to put his big boy pants on and stop being such a baby. I do agree that he does get stupid repetitive questions but he has to deal with it better than he has lately
I'm not sure about intelligent but after MP's random meaningless talk about science, I think someone should have been brave enough to put him back on track and ask if not against teams like Newcastle at home, when might Parrott, Skipp, and Tanganga be likely to get meaningful premiership game time.OK David lets put the shoe on the other foot .
What are the intelligent questions that you wished had been put to Poch in the last presser ?
Not the journalists but the owners who have pushed page clicks. Journalists would rather do insightful work but this takes time and won’t fill a paper each day. Unfortunately we’re losing decent journalists as the pressure to produce content means theres easier living in PR. this is a malaise which impacts way beyond sport. I agree with you the writing is shit in general but don’t think it’s just down to the journalists but unfortunately it will or has now become the standard.I dont think that most people in sports view interviews as a large part of their jobs. The questions are either stupid, repetitive or malicious. Yes he gets paid to them, but it doesn't mean that he has to be an easy target.
The standard of so called sports journalism is absolutely appalling for the most part. Like the whole "27 year old player insists this or that" or making a "report" out of people's reactions on Twitter. Its shocking. I'd happily take a pay cut if it meant that I didn't have to talk to the vultures.
Would someone who is highly strung last 5 minutes in the Madrid pressure cooker?I think this’ll be his last season at the club. People talk about a long lasting dynasty and sure, that would be great but, what’s to say Poch is even built for such a long term role?
It’s unfortunate and I hope he stays of course but the chat about leaving, although I’m not sure that’s genuine all the time, he is quite a highly strung bloke and most important of all, Zidane keeping the Madrid hot seat warm means we’ll have a new boss by this time next year.
A league and champions league double is a lovely way to leave us though?

it hasMP will be heavily linked with Man Utd before long.
I'm surprised it hasn't started already.
Was it him saying that we are on the next chapter of our evolution that makes you think he’s off?I think this’ll be his last season at the club. People talk about a long lasting dynasty and sure, that would be great but, what’s to say Poch is even built for such a long term role?

Jose got away with this sh*t because he won trophies.
Good point. Was it him saying that we are on the next chapter of our evolution that makes you think he’s off?
We just have to accept that as long as he is manager of Spurs, he will be linked with top jobs. The only way that might not happen is if we weren't doing well and I would rather the former.MP will be heavily linked with Man Utd before long.

It's the same at virtually every other big club. Klopp and Emery seem a bit more amicable. Pep , Poch and Sarri( last year) seem to enjoy being obtuse and mysterious
