No worries at all mate, and like I said if you wanted to call me a **** for that I would also completely understand lol. We’ve been thru a lot with Kane going.

I myself have been pretty quick to fly off the handle these past two days. Just yelled at my cat as I almost stepped on him and dropped a plate of food. Feel like I’m losing it a bit tbh
Yeah my bad mate. Admittedly I’m a bit fractious.

No idea if this is a bold prediction or stating the obvious, but I think there could be a large split between the top 8/9 teams this season and the rest.

None of the promoted teams strike me as likely to add any quality to the division, I can’t see how Everton are going to be much better than the last 2 seasons, Wolves look like they’re destined for a dogfight, Bournemouth did well to stay up last year, Forest don’t look like they’ve learnt anything from last year’s woes away from home, Palace will have lost Zaha. Then there’s Fulham who I think flattered to deceive last season and could lose their best goal threat.

That’s 9 teams who I think will be, by and large, pretty shit.

Apart from the fact it's only been 45 mins, you have no idea how Liverpool, United etc will perform this season. You don't know how Arse will handle juggling CL and PL for the first time in years. You don't know how they'll fare with injuries.

There's nothing to suggest they'll finish top 2 this season.
All I said was that there was nothing to suggest that they won't.

You're saying there is nothing to suggest that they will.

Which is agreeing with me.

Yeah for me it's easy to split the table into a top 9 and bottom 11. If Brentford had Toney for the whole season I'd split it 10/10.

There are nine very good teams in the league this year and 11 that really should be beaten home and away by those nine.

Johnson goes off having missed a golden chance earlier; Elanga comes on and immediately sets up a goal. Watch us sign Johnson.

I quite rated Elanga when he played a bit for United under Ole but it just seemed like Ten Hag didn't agree. He'll do well for them.

Are people really tipping Arsenal for the title on the basis of one half against fucking Forest?

Good grief.

No other team in the league is anywhere near Man City anyway, won't be much of a title race i think.

xG means nothing now apparently to Arsenal fans on Twitter despite using it as stick to beat us with last season

I'm really looking forward to the Newcastle v Villa game.

They have both recruited well and are on the up.

Don’t like either of them, especially Newcastle (I do like Emery but their fans are too big for their boots already)
