I can't remember the last time when almost everyone was this bad. Barely average would have won someone MOTM today.

we were poor and there is no excusing that, but i was impressed with how Antwerp played and in particular in defense. Plastered up a brick wall and repelled everything we threw at them.

agree with post above...we needed more zip in the transition to attack and Tanguy is the best man for that job

What was the set up? What was the gameplay?
Jose gets 0 marks too, he replaced 4 players at HT and told them to do the same as the 4 he dragged off! Joke. I stand by my comment months ago, we will win nothing with this man in charge.

FairPlay Antwerp. Outplayed us and outshone us attitude wise. They deserve to be very happy with themselves. (No real comment on us)

Everyone was shocking, glc probably best of a bad bunch, why winks is anywhere near playing is beyond me, i fail to see what he offers
I am not a fan but I thought this was one of his better performances to be honest
Felt a bit sorry for Ben. Clearly tripped and was no coming backfor their goal which we gifted them.
Would you have been so sympathetic if it had been Sanchez? I might be wrong but I think not. Davies was dawdling unnecessarily with the ball and only 'tripped' when he was tackled. He would not have been tripped if he was not dawdling

Sanchez - 4/10 - motm
Didn't score any own goals. Looked quite commanding when he took the ball into midfield right at the end

Lloris-5
Aurier- 4
Sanchez-4
Davies- 2
Reguilon- 5
Winks- 2
Lo Celso -5
Bale- 4
Dele-4
Berwginj- 2
Vinicius- 5

Lo Celso and Vinicius inside the bad were the best. I don't understand why Winks and Bale didn't come out. I hope they both weren't injured.

With much love and respect. What are you on about? What's Sanchez got to do with anything? I think you've got me mixed up with someone else as I've never panned or had any issue with sanchez.

Sanchez put in one very good, sliding recovery block but I can not work out how a £40m Premiership CB can get his body positioning completely wrong so often.
Regularly his feet are facing 180 to where they should be.
Less and less impressed by the game.

I’m a big fan of GLC but his fitness and performances are well below what he’s capable of. Not singling him out, the team we’re poor, but it’s a long time since we saw him boss a game

I was reacting to the fact that you seem to be defending Davies by saying he tripped when in fact that particular play by him was indefensible. I only brought Sanchez into the conversation because had it been him, most would have crucified him instead of defending him the way you did Davies.

All I will say, is I'm perfectly capable of forming my own opinions and thoughts without going along with the status quo. If you want to dig people out for having a pop at sanchez, do so. But I'm still a bit perplexed as to what my comments on Ben have to do with anything, from my own individual perpsective? Anyway. Neither center back was helped by the midfield today, left exposed and played a high line, which didn't help when they got caught on the break. Sanchez.did ok today to be fair to him, put in a good last man tackle? Ben also cleared one from going in.
