Real + Barca - Summer Spending Spree?

So what with Barca's emphatic capitulation to Bayern Munich and Real also getting their arses handed to them on a plate (well, first round at least), does this mean we'll see a big spending spree for the 2 big Spanish giants? Second year in a row they've failed to reach the finals. To most teams that's not a biggy, but to these 2 in this rich vain of form Spanish football is having, that's a sore subject.

We know they're not afraid to splash the cash and both clubs are looking like they could do with a few new faces to spice things up again. The question that worries me is does this mean the two clubs (more likely Real than Barca) will be more eager to prise Bale off our hands this summer?

Well Zidane has already started tapping up Bale saying that if Tottenham want £60m then that's no problem (music to Levy's ears). Normally at this point Barca will start milking the rest of the league dry, i'm thinking maybe Isco, Navas, and a handful of defenders while Real Madrid will start looking at the best players around Europe and try to throw their weight around to attain them (they're constantly linked with Aguero). Maybe now that Mourinho will be leaving they'll do a big overhaul and clear out a load of players and redo the whole team, might try to go big for Neymar this summer? We should be on the lookout to get bargains for whoever is on the way out of either!
