Seems as though they rejected our first offer, but our expecting to discuss an improved offer tomorrow with the board of directors at Valencia. It also states that we have agreed terms with Soldado.

Exactly. Wasn't there a rumored 17 million bid? I'd expect the reason Baldini is there now is that we've gotten signals that a deal is possible but not at 17 million. Maybe they have reached a conclusion at the rumored €26 million and the Valencia board now need to meet up and decide whether it's a go or not.
