Someone said they had eye-tee-Kay that this was done, late last night. It's vanished this morning...

Was it a dream?

Great news re the itk.
1. Because he looks like he'll be a top player for many years to come.
2. My bet. It does still count with loans right?..... Right? please god

As long as he signs for Spurs before September 1st you'll be quids in (regardless of a loan back to Fulham).

Now come on Spurs, announce it already!

Where's @igijedi when you need him. He always brings good news

It's took us about 7 years development with both Rose and Walker, they are now the best full backs in the league and for their country.

To suggest that KWP or Sessegnon has more potential is a big statement and even if that's true, the likelihood is that we do not see them pass their ability for at least 4/5 years.

I still hope we make this signing but people really need to calm down. Bale was the exception not the rule. Infact even Bale took a couple of years.

Also when we signed the two Kyle's it was Naughton who was rated higher.

Personally I would rather wait until KWP or Sessegnon ARE better than Rose or Walker before selling.

But how do they become better unless we play them in which case why keep Walker?
I know its not ideal but unfortunately ideal doesn't happen, change happens so we need manage that change, I think that is what Poch is doing.

Not really, it took Poch joining and working with them.

Danny Rose even said as much during his recent interview.

At the time I believe walker was held in higher regards to naughton with his potential but naughton was further down the road of development when we signed them.

I think sessengon will be an attacking player like bale was turned into

It wasn't really. Naughton was more known as he was older and had been their right back for a couple of years. But the talk when we signed them was that Walker was seen as the bigger prospect.
Yep a few of my mates are Blades and said at the time that walker would go on to be the better player
