So once again the game was sold out? Seems like no crisis on that front yet

My two tickets in block 570 still for sale, I do not think they will be bought.
Anyway, hopefully we have a good game against Villa.

I'm not going partly because wife is due Tuesday, mostly because we're shit. Managed to sell ticket to my Dads mate, for 1/19th of the ST cost...boom

Seems crazy that TE is only available to members and still not on general sale. The original tickets available to members have not completely sold out , still a few available, sure the rest would go if opened to everyone registered on the ticket database plus would give ST's a chance to sell their tickets
Wonder what the reason for that is , couldn't possibly be a cunning plan to encourage fans to cough up another 50 quid to become members could it?

I hope TE goes to general sale, I would just want someone to use my seats, in my 5 years as a season ticket holder, only 1 game my seats have been empty.

I'm sure you do, but as I and others suspect the club are playing a balancing game between selling all the tickets and keeping membership high

TE now showing a lot more seats available for resale after a slow start when it opened, looks to be about the same levels as for the previous PL games, lot of ST's are going to be lucky if they get a sale

You’ll see a bald man outside your house slowly stroking a cat and never once breaking eye contact.

Then he’ll post a survey through your door asking how much time you spend inside the ground before and after the game, how much you spend on beer, if you think the price of pies are reasonable and something about DNA.

Yep, so that means about 8k STs didn't sell or turn up? Or maybe the game didn't sell out?

I’m actually surprised it was over 53k. Amazing how trendy football is now and how many tourists there are knocking about atm!

Also people wanting to visit the shiny new stadium for the first time, I guess!

You say that but my Villa ticket sold on the exchange within half an hour. Maybe just a question of timing?

On the other hand, my Chelsea ticket was also put on the exchange and didn’t sell ( not really surprised though at £78, plus fees on top for the buyer).
