This may be a long shot but I deleted my Spurs membership digital pass off of my iPhone wallet and I can’t seem to get it back from the original email. It’s no hiding in the expired section either I fully removed it by accident. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

If you have the original email confirming your season ticket (or ticket) then you should be able to add it to your wallet again from there.

Hi SC !... I want to take my friend to a home game in august/september. He is not a One Hotspur member... I am and my wife is a member as well... is it possible to install my wife's Digital Pass on my friend's phone and use it at the stadium ? ... my wife's pass expired and we haven't installed the new membership on her phone yet.

Forward the email with your wife’s download link to your friend and have them download the pass. When you’re done, have them delete it from their phone and have your wife download it back to hers.

This. Just take a screenshot of the QR and message it to your mate.
The only time I've seen them get bothered about checking the ID on a ticket is if someone is using a Junior Spurs or Senior ticket and they are clearly not a child or old person.

Should be there somewhere, completely powering off and back on again sometimes cures download problems.

Bought two tickets off ticket exchange for the Monday night Forest game. One for me and one of my 8 yr old son (not 11).
We both have onehotspur+ membership.
Got a notification of purchase from Ticketmaster.
My digital pass updated with my ticket, but no sign of the one for my son.
No link or option to download a digital ticket from the email received.
Will my pass update to include the second ticket or will I be issued with a separate downloadable digital ticket? And if so, when?
The club online help guide for this isn't great.
Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.

If I remember correctly I had to email a couple of times before I got a proper answer , you could also try this email address , [email protected] using normal email
