You can only get one digital pass per device. My son doesn’t have a phone so the club send him a card which his tickets are loaded onto

I've got 2 on my phone, one for me one for my son. Also if email doesn't work call the ticket line they pushed out to me first time round.

Managed to get a second digital pass onto my phone. Site says you can only have one, but turns out you can have two. Must be because they're linked to different names.

We’re travelling in 4 to the NLD next weekend but only 3 of us have had their digital pass updated, which seems strange. Anyone else’s not updated yet? Tried to manually update it but still no details shown.

Go to eticketing account and check to see if game is showing as "Your Next Game" if it isn't then contact ticket office if it is the QR code should still work OK even though game details not showing in pass.
