has to be sacked before our next match for me whilst we still in 4 competitions, we arent even competitve. just a case of whos beating us next and by how much, we dont even look like creating chances let alone scoring goals

The only way i can describe the last few games is it feels like the opposition have one more player than us.

I've never felt so empty watching us play football. I know I should be angry and upset. But I'm just not. Quite a sad realisation actually. It's especially impressive given there's fuck all to do outside.

Chelsea not as good as they think they are.

We're just not good.

Nothing in the final third. ...on the rare times we get there.

We’ve been poor across the field. We cannot seem to string passes together. But NDombele has been especially wasteful, he’s badly misplaced passes almost every time he gets the ball in an advanced position.

Our players aren't world beaters but we are better than this... That's the issue I have. That was torture and I am only watching because I do love this damn team but its just turgid torture.

Jose sacking won't fix this feeble mentality they have, and will likely make it worse. If one of the most accomplished managers of all time can't get this squad to lose this shit mentality, I don't think anyone will.

I wrote before the match that this lineup didn't have enough attacking impetus and that first half proves it. Bergwijn, Vinicius, and Son as your three attacking players where you have little possession are never going to create a volume of chances. Mourinho's team selection again today has been flat out wrong. The three-man midfield does not give you any control over the game, unless all three are capable of pushing the ball forward and breaking the other team down.

No team that relies on two players to score and assists most of their goals is going to finish in the top 6 in a league like the EPL.

Enough folk with Jose in the crosshairs - no problem with that.

These players though, fuck them. We've hit a rough patch, Jose's got it miserably wrong in games, but they've all done their usual and shit the fucking bed.

Unfortunately we have a current problem of predictable and poor tactics and too many average players, many of whom don’t seem to have a fucking brain cell between them. Not a great combination.

Dier is supposed to be one of our “leaders”. If he is, then we’re fucked.

And I know any team would miss a player as good as Kane, but it’s absolutely shocking how much we rely on him.

Absolute shitshow. That’s up there with our worst half’s of football this season. And there’s a lot to choose from.

Got to take Sissoko off. He’s offering fuck all and as shit as Winks has been, at least he wouldn’t mind getting on the ball.

Bergwijn for Lanela as well.

Would be half tempted to sub Rodon for Dier, just to make a point. Two straight games that Dier has cost us a goal with shambolic defending.

Admirable that you’re giving it thought but this is no longer a situation that can be saved with good substations. The players aren’t trying anymore.

These players are clearly not playing for Mourinho. Only a matter of time. Can't afford to go into a final with a team who obviously don't want to play for the manager.
100%. Rather go in with Harry or someone and a free hit at it. Imagine city having 80% possession in a cup final - which at the moment is so likely.

Jose needs to get the team pressing, it will build some intensity. Looks like a training session out there and honestly looks like the players have lost interest.

I haven't seen any team performance that show consistent ball retention capabilities. We have come a long way from Modric, Dembele, Wanyama, Carrick.

Like if you take away Messi's pace he is still an exquisite passer. He has an evident football brain. You take away Son, Sissoko, Lucas or Bergwijns pace ...is there anything there? They kick it and run after it.
Seriously? Son. You think he's just fast. He's an incredible footballer. To be honest, right now, if you put Messi in this team coached by Jose, he'd have him on defensive duties.
