That is fair, it wouldn't bother me - apart from goal line technology.I wouldn't be too sad if it meant the end of VAR.

U wot m8?Forgot about that CL decision.
I disagree. It was an accident. His foot makes contact with top half of the ball, the ball rolls and brings his foot into contact with Bissouma’s leg. Because of his momentum it could have seriously injured Bissouma but he wasn’t reckless, he had no intent or used excessive force. It was an accident and in football as in life they happen. It’s like if Your car sloops on ice and crashes into another car - it’s not a punishable offense just an accident. I know many of you agree but if it had been the other way around you would be making this same argument.Neville and redknapp are missing the point on the red card. The whole reason for having the wild and out of control rule is to stop leg breakers. Clearly Jones went over the top and clearly he could of broken Bissoumas leg.
Jones could/should have done a block tackle. I feel sorry for him a bit as he seems a nice bloke. I don't think he was intentionally trying to hurt Bissouma like the Charlie Adams of the world. But it was right to be red to stop this kind of foul.
It won't. VAR can remain, it's the upbringing of the other clubs and fans need improving. Our club and previous managers hardly moaned about such decisions, neither do us fans go about it extensively, signing up for some pathetic petitions or what not.I wouldn't be too sad if it meant the end of VAR.

Never in million years. They'll be going on about this still in 24 years time.I knew it wouldn’t be long, Liverpool fans on 606 wanting the game replayed
I am sure the petitions are already being circulated...I knew it wouldn’t be long, Liverpool fans on 606 wanting the game replayed
Things were worse before IMO.I wouldn't be too sad if it meant the end of VAR.
